The visionary behind Rebounding Roanoke is Mr. Jerel Rhodes. Upon graduating from William Fleming High School in 1991, he imagined an organization designed for the youth of the Greater Roanoke Valley. Mr Rhodes’s vision became a reality during the Fall of 2011.
